We purchased our own home utilizing Aiko as both listing and selling agent. The owners of the property were located off shore and more than half a day ahead of our local time zone. Aiko presented our challenging offer and was able to conﾞrm acceptance within twenty-four hours. You would have thought we were negotiating with our next door neighbor. We found that Aikoﾕs word is as good as gold supported by her promptness and extreme attention to detail. All deadlines were met (ahead of time) small repairs we requested were completed in a professional workmanship manner. Aiko maintained her own repair crew who continued the high standard of excellence in the workplace that has been clearly established within their organization, this crew was prompt, polite, clean and efﾞcient.
  It is easy to say our expectations were not only met, they were by far exceeded. We will never entertain using another agent to represent our personal real estate needs.
